1. Organized two (2) international youth development programmes and eight (8) collaboration programmes at national level yearly.             
  2. To ensure the process of checking-ins will be completed within seven (7) minutes and checking-outs will be completed within ten (10)  minutes per customer.
  3. To ensure each accommodation room to be cleaned and tidied up within twenty five (25) minutes every day.
  4. Responded to all customer complaint will be responded to within one (1) working day.
  5. Payments to suppliers and purchases will be processed and made within two (2) weeks upon receipt of invoices.
